HITT CLASSES
HIIT classes are high-intensity interval training sessions that alternate between intense exercise and short rest periods. These workouts are efficient, lasting around 15 to 30 minutes, and offer cardiovascular and metabolic benefits by pushing the body to its limits in a short time.
WATER AEROBICS
Water aerobics, also known as aqua aerobics or water exercise, is a form of low-impact cardiovascular workout performed in a pool. Participants engage in various rhythmic movements and exercises while submerged in water, which provides resistance to enhance muscle strength and flexibility.
BODY SCULPT

AQUA ZUMBA

BOOT CAMP
